If you are interested in becoming a provider in the (NHS) Nationwide provider send us an email or give us a call, and we will send you the necessary paperwork that needs to be completed.

We work with dispensers and audiologists throughout the United States and we are always looking to increase our Provider Network.

Our selective process ensures the consumer that our provider network consists of quality professionals with the experience to provide the quality products and services that they deserve.
